Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glutinous rice
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 ripe Mango
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse glutinous rice and soak in water for at least 2 hours.
  2. 2Drain rice and steam for 20-25 minutes, until cooked and sticky.
  3. 3While rice is steaming, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4Pour coconut milk mixture over cooked rice and stir well.
  5. 5Let rice sit for 15 minutes to absorb the coconut milk.
  6. 6Cut mango into small cubes.
  7. 7Form rice into small balls or squares.
  8. 8Top each bite with a piece of mango and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. 9Serve immediately.
