Ingredients

  • 2 count Mango
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.5 count Jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 count Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Dice the mango, red onion, and jalapeño. Chop the cilantro.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. 4Cut corn tortillas into wedges.
