  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 large Ripe Plantains
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the salsa: In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently and set aside.
