Ingredients

  • 2 medium Mango, diced
  • 0.25 medium Red onion, finely diced
  • 0.5 count Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 4 count Flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine the 2 medium mangoes (diced), 0.25 medium red onion (finely diced), 0.5 jalapeño (seeded and minced), 0.25 cup cilantro (chopped), 2 tbsp lime juice, and 0.25 tsp salt. Mix everything together well and set this bowl aside.
  3. 3Stack the 4 flour tortillas on top of each other and cut them into 6 wedges each. You should have 24 wedges in total.
  4. 4In a small bowl, whisk together the 2 tbsp butter (melted), 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp sugar until combined.
  5. 5Using a brush, coat both sides of each tortilla wedge with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. 6Arrange the coated tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  7. 7Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and feel crispy to the touch.
  8. 8Serve the mango salsa with the cinnamon sugar chips.
