Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Za'atar
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2Add warm water and 1/4 cup olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. 5Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. 6Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle.
  7. 7In a small bowl, combine za'atar and 4 tablespoons olive oil.
  8. 8Spread the za'atar mixture evenly over each circle of dough.
  9. 9Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
