Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Za'atar
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2Add warm water and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
