- 2 cups Mixed sprouted beans (9 types)
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 medium Tomato
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 8 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Cilantro

- 2Chop onion and tomato. Make ginger-garlic paste.
- 3Heat mustard oil in a pot. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

- 5Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 6Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and chili powder. Sauté for another minute.
- 7Add sprouted beans and mix well.
- 8Add water and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer until beans are tender (about 1 hour).
- 9Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
