Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 0.5 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon Potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon Marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, milk, potato starch, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. 3Shape the mixture into oval patties or meatballs.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5Fry the kotlety mielone for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
