Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kimchi
  • 8 oz Pork belly
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2In a pot, sauté pork belly until lightly browned.
  3. 3Add kimchi, onion, and garlic to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4Add gochugaru, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. 5Add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
