Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked Rice (day-old)
  • 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
  • 1 block Firm Tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3Add cubed tofu and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  4. 4Add kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and gochujang. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
  7. 7Stir in sesame oil and green onions.
  8. 8Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
