Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fine Semolina Flour
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.75 cup Warm Water

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine semolina flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2Add olive oil and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingertips until well combined.
  3. 3Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle about 6-8 inches in diameter.
  5. 5Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
