Khoai Lang Chiên (Sweet Potato Fries)

Ingredients

  • 2 large Sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Peel the 2 large sweet potatoes. Cut them into fries about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. 3In a medium bowl, add the sweet potato fries, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Toss everything together until the fries are evenly coated.
  4. 4Spread the coated sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  5. 5Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over the fries on the baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip the fries halfway through the baking time. The fries are done when they are golden brown and feel crispy to the touch.
  7. 7Serve the sweet potato fries hot.
