Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Date Syrup
  • 4 tablespoons Tahini

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2Add warm water, olive oil, and apple sauce. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  5. 5Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a round.
  7. 7Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. 9Drizzle with date syrup and tahini before serving.
