Keto Zambian Groundnut Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, combine almond flour, peanut butter, erythritol, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. 3Mix well to form a dough.
  4. 4Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Flatten the balls slightly with a fork.
  6. 6Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. 7Let cool completely before serving.
