Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 6 small Red Chilies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 medium Shallots
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Blend the red chilies, garlic, and shallots into a fine paste.
  2. 2Heat coconut oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Sauté the chili paste until fragrant.
  4. 4Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
