Keto Túrós Csusza with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1.5 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside. Crumble or chop the bacon into smaller pieces.
  2. 2If using raw cauliflower rice, cook it in a skillet with butter until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower rice, cottage cheese, sour cream, and half of the crumbled bacon.
  4. 4Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5Serve hot, topped with the remaining crumbled bacon.
