Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 2 large Zucchini
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1 tsp Spices (nutmeg, pepper)
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, egg, almond flour, minced onion, and spices.
  2. 2Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a roll.
  3. 3Wrap each roll with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. 4Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the 'Slavinken' on all sides, then reduce heat and cook until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
