Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cooked Shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise (Keto)
  • 1/4 small Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 slices Coconut Flour Bread Slices
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the 6 oz of cooked shrimp, 3 tablespoons of keto mayonnaise, 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon of dill, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir everything together until the shrimp is evenly coated.
  2. 2Place the 2 slices of coconut flour bread into a skillet over medium heat. Add the 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and spread it evenly.
  3. 3Toast the coconut flour bread slices for 2-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and slightly crisp. Watch them closely to prevent burning.
  4. 4Carefully spoon the prepared shrimp mixture evenly onto the 2 toasted coconut flour bread slices.
  5. 5Serve the Keto Shrimp Skagen Toast immediately.
