Ingredients

  • 1 lb Radishes
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (or coconut oil)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and chop radishes into small pieces.
  2. 2Heat ghee (or coconut oil) in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Sauté for another minute.
  4. 4Add chopped radishes and stir well.
  5. 5Cook until radishes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
