Keto Paneer Tikka Masala with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Paneer (Indian cheese), cubed
  • 4 medium Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili powder

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Add the paneer cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2While paneer is marinating, spiralize the zucchini into noodles.
  3. 3Heat butter or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4Add tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5Add the marinated paneer and cook until lightly browned.
  6. 6Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7Season with salt and red chili powder to taste.
  8. 8Serve hot over zucchini noodles.
