Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Cutlets
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Pound the pork cutlets to an even thickness.
  2. 2In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3In another shallow dish, whisk the egg.
  4. 4Dip each pork cutlet in the egg, then dredge in the almond flour mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
  5. 5Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. 6Add the pork cutlets to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7Serve hot with a side of cauliflower mash or green beans.
