Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Place the 8 oz of Feta Cheese in the center of a small baking dish.
  3. 3Arrange the 1 pint of Cherry Tomatoes and the 1/2 cup of Kalamata Olives around the Feta Cheese in the baking dish.
  4. 4Mince the 2 cloves of Garlic.
  5. 5Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil over the tomatoes, olives, and feta. Sprinkle evenly with the 1 teaspoon of Dried Oregano, the minced 2 cloves of Garlic, and the 1/4 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes.
  6. 6Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. The dish is ready when the Feta Cheese is softened and the Cherry Tomatoes appear blistered and slightly burst.
  7. 7Serve the Keto Greek Baked Feta warm.
