  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the 4 cups shredded cabbage, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 cup grated cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Mix everything together until it is well combined.
  2. 2Melt the 2 tablespoons butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, which is about 350°F (175°C).
  3. 3Spoon about 1/4 cup of the cabbage mixture into the hot skillet for each pancake, gently pressing down to form flat shapes. Do not overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. 4Cook the pancakes for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side, until the edges look set and the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on the second side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5Remove the cooked pancakes from the skillet and serve them hot.
