Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 1/4 cup Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Swerve (Brown)
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Five-Spice Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Food Coloring (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Cut pork shoulder into strips.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine tamari soy sauce, brown Swerve, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, five-spice powder, and red food coloring (if using).
  3. 3Marinate the pork in the mixture for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. 4Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5Place the marinated pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
