Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin
  • 4 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari for Gluten-Free)
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 stalks Green Onions

Instructions

  1. 1Slice beef thinly against the grain.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together tamari, beef broth, black pepper, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and xanthan gum.
  3. 3Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. 4Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5Pour the sauce over the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6Sauté cauliflower rice separately until tender.
  7. 7Serve beef over cauliflower rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
