Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork loin (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Dry white wine
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 12-16 Butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced 1 lb Pork loin with the 1/2 cup Dry white wine, 4 cloves minced Garlic, 1 Bay leaf, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Salt, and 1/2 tsp Black pepper. Stir everything together to ensure the pork is well coated. Let the pork marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. 2Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 2 tbsp Olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up until it shimmers, about 1 minute.
  3. 3Carefully add the marinated pork slices to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook the pork for about 2-3 minutes per side, until it is nicely browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C). You may need to cook the pork in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  4. 4Once cooked, remove the pork from the skillet and discard the 1 Bay leaf.
  5. 5Arrange the 12-16 Butter lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Spoon the cooked pork into the lettuce leaves to create wraps.
