Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Beef sirloin
  • 1/4 cup Coconut aminos
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the 1.5 lbs Beef sirloin into thin pieces, about 1/8-inch thick.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine the 1/4 cup Coconut aminos, 3 cloves of the 6 cloves Garlic (minced), and 1 tsp Ground black pepper. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. 3Heat 1 tbsp of the 2 tbsp Coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
  4. 4Add the marinated beef in a single layer to the hot skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C). Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5Add the remaining 1 tbsp Coconut oil to the same skillet over medium heat (350°F / 175°C). Mince the remaining 3 cloves of Garlic and add them to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then add the 4 cups Cauliflower rice.
  6. 6Stir-fry the cauliflower rice with the garlic for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Ensure the cauliflower rice is heated through and slightly softened.
  7. 7Serve the cooked beef tapa over the prepared garlic cauliflower rice.
