Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the satay sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup almond butter, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes until smooth.
  2. 2Heat the 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until the oil shimmers, about 400°F (200°C).
  3. 3Add the 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced, to the hot wok. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, until the beef is browned on all sides.
  4. 4Add the 4 cups broccoli florets to the wok with the beef. Continue to stir-fry for another 3 to 4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and bright green.
  5. 5Pour the prepared satay sauce over the beef and broccoli in the wok. Stir everything together and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, until the sauce is heated through and coats the ingredients.
  6. 6Serve the keto beef stir-fry immediately.
