Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  1. 1Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. 4Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  6. 6Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli and stir well.
  7. 7Sprinkle xanthan gum to thicken sauce if needed. Stir until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
  8. 8Serve immediately.
