Keto Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce

Flaky baked salmon topped with a creamy dill sauce made with avocado mayonnaise and lemon juice. A healthy and delicious keto lunch option.

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Avocado mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the 4 6 oz Salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. 3Drizzle the salmon fillets with the 1 tbsp Olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and the 1/2 tsp Garlic powder.
  4. 4In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup Avocado mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped, and 2 tbsp Lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  5. 5Spread the dill sauce mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  7. 7Serve the baked salmon immediately.
