- 4 6 oz Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Avocado mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice

- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the 4 6 oz Salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 3Drizzle the salmon fillets with the 1 tbsp Olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and the 1/2 tsp Garlic powder.
- 4In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup Avocado mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped, and 2 tbsp Lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
- 5Spread the dill sauce mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
