Ingredients
- 4 6 oz Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 4 Lemon slices
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup butter, melted, the 2 tablespoons lemon juice, the 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, the 2 cloves garlic, minced, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and the 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until well combined.
- 3Place the 4 6 oz salmon fillets onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- 4Using a brush, coat the top of each of the 4 6 oz salmon fillets with the butter mixture you just made.
- 5Place one of the 4 lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
- 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it is opaque and flakes apart easily when gently pressed with a fork, or when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 145°F (63°C).
- 7Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve the salmon immediately.
