Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mashed Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
