Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mashed Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, coconut milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
