  • 2 cups Cassava Flour
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare Sukuma Wiki: Wash and chop collard greens. Dice tomatoes and onions. Mince garlic.
  2. 2Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
