  • 4 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 2 tbsp Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 large Banana Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1Line the slow cooker with banana leaves.
  2. 2Rub the pork shoulder generously with Hawaiian sea salt and liquid smoke.
  3. 3Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker on top of the banana leaves.
  4. 4Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is easily shredded with a fork.
