Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt)
  • 2 tbsp Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 6 Dairy-Free Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Pineapple (diced)
  • 2 cups Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Rub pork shoulder with Hawaiian sea salt and liquid smoke.
  2. 2Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until easily shredded.
  3. 3While pork is cooking, prepare pineapple slaw: In a bowl, combine pineapple, cabbage, red onion, vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. 4Shred pork with two forks.
  5. 5Assemble sliders: Place shredded pork on dairy-free slider buns and top with pineapple slaw.
