  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
  • 1 cup Buttermilk (or non-dairy alternative with 1 tsp lemon juice)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Instructions
