Ingredients

  • 2 cups Potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, and salt. Mix well to form a soft dough.
  2. 2On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. 3Cut the dough into farls (triangles or squares).
  4. 4Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the farls for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5While the farls are cooking, prepare the dill cream. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  6. 6Serve the potato farls warm, topped with dill cream and smoked salmon.
