Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 large Hard-boiled eggs
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
  • 0.25 cup Milk (dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, gluten-free breadcrumbs, dairy-free milk, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. 4Shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf in a baking dish.
  5. 5Place hard-boiled eggs lengthwise down the center of the meatloaf.
  6. 6Cover the eggs with the remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf.
  7. 7Bake for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  8. 8Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
