- 2Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade for basting.
- 3Place the chicken in a large resealable bag or container and pour the remaining marinade over it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- 4Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- 5Place the chicken on the grill, breast side up.
- 6Grill the chicken for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning every 10-15 minutes and basting with the reserved marinade, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.
