Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, vegetable oil, and egg.
  4. 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. 5Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
  6. 6Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. 7Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. 8Let the cookies cool completely.
  9. 9In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze.
  10. 10Drizzle the glaze over the cookies and let it set before serving.
