Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Guava Paste
  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 pieces Gluten-Free Crackers

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare your workspace. You will need a cutting board and a knife.
  2. 2Cut the 4 ounces of guava paste into small, bite-sized pieces, about 1/2 inch square.
  3. 3Cut the 4 ounces of cheddar cheese into small, bite-sized pieces, similar in size to the guava paste pieces.
  4. 4Arrange the 12 gluten-free crackers on a clean surface, such as a plate or serving platter.
  5. 5Place one piece of the cut guava paste and one piece of the cut cheddar cheese on top of each of the 12 gluten-free crackers.
  6. 6If you wish to melt the cheese slightly, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. 7Place the prepared crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is just starting to melt and become soft.
  8. 8Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the bites cool for 1 minute before serving.
