Ingredients

  • 1 lb Gluten-free pasta
  • 1.5 cups Cottage cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cook gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Fry bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and crumble. Reserve some of the bacon grease.
  3. 3In the same pan, melt butter in the reserved bacon grease. Add cooked gluten-free pasta and toss to coat.
  4. 4Add cottage cheese and sour cream to the gluten-free pasta. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon.
