Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Lamb
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Tharid spice mix
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Gluten-Free Flatbread

Instructions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  2. 2Add lamb and brown on all sides.
  3. 3Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4Add the tharid spice mix and cook for 1 minute.
  5. 5Add chopped potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. Pour in chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the lamb and vegetables are tender.
  7. 7Serve hot with gluten-free flatbread, torn into pieces and mixed into the stew or served on the side.
