Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine the 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1/4 cup flax seeds, 2 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. 3Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined and a thick batter forms.
  4. 4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seed mixture thinly and evenly across the parchment paper, aiming for a uniform layer about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. 5Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. The crackers are done when they are golden brown around the edges and feel crisp to the touch.
  6. 6Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. This cooling process is important for them to become fully crisp.
  7. 7Once completely cool, break the large cracker sheet into individual cracker pieces.
