Gluten-Free Salmon with Miso Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 6oz Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp White Miso Paste
  • 2 tbsp Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine)
  • 1 tbsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce (Tamari)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together the 2 tbsp white miso paste, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp sesame oil until well combined.
  3. 3Place the 4 6oz salmon fillets onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Brush the miso glaze evenly over the top of each of the 4 salmon fillets.
  5. 5Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it is cooked through and flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. 6Garnish the cooked salmon with the 2 tbsp green onions and 1 tsp sesame seeds before serving.
