Ingredients

  • 4 6oz Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon Gluten-free soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 stalk Green onions

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of white miso paste, 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce (tamari), 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger. Whisk these ingredients together until they form a smooth glaze.
  3. 3Place the 4 6oz salmon fillets onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Using a brush, coat the top of each salmon fillet evenly with the prepared miso glaze.
