Gluten-Free Roti with Aloo Gobi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Flour
  • 0.5 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 2 medium Potato
  • 1 medium Cauliflower
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1For the roti, mix rice flour and tapioca starch with warm water to form a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2For aloo gobi, heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. 4Add chopped tomato and cook until softened.
  5. 5Add chopped potato and cauliflower. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  6. 6Add turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. 7Add 1/2 cup of water, cover, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  8. 8Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  9. 9Divide the roti dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  10. 10Cook on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
  11. 11Serve hot roti with aloo gobi.
