Ingredients

  • 8 slices Cheese (Trappista or Similar)
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Place the gluten-free flour, beaten eggs, and gluten-free breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes. Season each with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Dip each slice of cheese in the gluten-free flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the gluten-free breadcrumbs, ensuring it's fully coated.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Carefully place the breaded cheese slices in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  5. 5Remove the fried cheese from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. 6Serve hot as a snack.
