Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Za'atar Spice Mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, tapioca starch, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.
  2. 2Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle.
  5. 5Brush each circle with olive oil and sprinkle with za'atar spice mix.
  6. 6Cut each circle into wedges.
  7. 7Place the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
